Road 2 Manhood offers a two-phase mentorship program that allows the attendees to work towards the outlined four life skill areas of concentration; Communication, Health lifestyle, Education, Fiscal responsibility; known as the C.H.E.F program.

C.H.E.F. Program
Fiscal Management
Provides on-site mentorship to students in the Hillsborough County and surrounding areas on a quarterly basis. The organization coordinates scheduling with administrators from the hosting organization to align the program with the needs of the students. During phase two; students receive instruction on one of the four life skill areas of concentration (C.H.E.F. focus points). This training is offered in our 16 week program.
*NOTE: This instruction is for large groups of 20-100 attendees.

Symposiums
Private & Public Summer Wrap-Up
The Road 2 Manhood Quarterly Symposiums present timely topics designed to empower young men with essential life skills and knowledge. These events feature workshops, keynote speakers, and interactive sessions focusing on personal development, career readiness, financial literacy, and mental health. Participants gain valuable insights and tools to become responsible, confident, and successful men, alongside networking opportunities to foster meaningful connections.
The summer wrap-up event is the culmination of commitment and hard work, celebrating the achievements and growth of its participants from the 16-week program.

Hot Topic Sessions
Road 2 Manhood is excited to introduce our Hot Topic Virtual Sessions—weekly one-hour discussions focusing on the core pillars of our program.
