Flex or online learning offers participants the flexibility to access materials, resources, and activities at their own pace and on their own schedule. Our 2-Phased Approach To C.H.E.F.
Road 2 Manhood offers a two-phase mentorship program that allows the attendees to work towards the outlined four life skill areas of concentration; Communication, Health Lifestyle, Education, Fiscal responsibility; known as the C.H.E.F Program.
Phase 1: Foundation Building
In this phase, the focus will be on laying down the fundamental skills and knowledge needed for personal development in each of the four areas:
Communication
Sessions on effective communication skills, including active listening, assertiveness, and non-verbal communication.
Role-playing exercises and group discussions to practice communication techniques and strategies.
Healthy lifestyle:
Workshops on nutrition, exercise, and the importance of sleep for overall health and well-being.
Physical activities and fitness challenges to encourage participants to incorporate healthy habits into their daily routines.
Education:
Tutoring or study groups to support academic success and improve study skills.
Workshops on goal setting, time management, and study techniques to help participants excel in their education.
Fiscal responsibility:
Financial literacy workshops covering topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, and paying for college.
Interactive activities and simulations to help participants understand the practical aspects of managing money and making informed financial decisions.
Phase 2: Application and Integration
In this phase, participants will apply the skills and knowledge they've gained in Phase 1 to real-life situations and challenges:
