Privacy Statement
Road 2 Manhood INC. is concerned about the privacy of minors and does not knowingly collect any personal information from any youth under 18 without a parent's written consent. All information gathered will be used for the purpose of placing the minor in the proper mentoring program. No information will be saved or sold to a third-party vendor or information collection organization. Persons under 18 may not register for our program or submit personally identifiable information without a signed parental consent form. We suggest that you become involved with your child's access to the www.Road2Manhood.org website to ensure that his or her privacy is well protected.
Collection of Information:
In order to properly assess the needs of the youth participating in our programs, we may collect the following information:
- Name
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Education Grade Level
- Address
- Phone Number
This information will be used solely by Road 2 Manhood staff to contact the youth's guardians regarding program information and to place the minor in the proper mentoring program. Financial information should not be provided to Road 2 Manhood.
Use of Information:
The information collected will be used solely for the purpose of assessing the needs of the youth and facilitating their participation in our mentoring programs. No information will be saved or sold to a third-party vendor or used for any purpose other than program administration without explicit consent from the guardians.
Protection of Minors' Privacy:
Road 2 Manhood Inc. does not knowingly collect any personal information from any youth under 18 without written consent from a parent or legal guardian. All information gathered from minors will be used solely for the purpose of placing the minor in the proper mentoring program.

Accurate Information

No part may be reproduced, copied or transmitted, in any form or by any means (such as electronic, mechanical, micro-copying, photocopying, recording, storage in a retrieval system or otherwise) without its prior written permission. Road 2 Manhood INC. Mentoring Program Disclaimer and Release
I agree as a R2M mentee, taking advantage of the services offered by the Road 2 Manhood INC. Mentoring Program, which any advice received in the course of my mentorship is a guide to make better decisions. I agree this relationship is an educational resource to discuss general issues confronted in the youth maturing process. I agree that these are general discussions, and I can in no way rely upon the advice and/or statements of my mentor for legal advice. I agree that although the mentor is engaged in the betterment of society, that the mentor is not rendering legal or binding advice to me or to any of other mentees through me.
Hold Harmless
This specification sheet and any agreements that may result from this specification sheet releases ROAD 2 MANHOOD INC. from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during a R2M session. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the facility owner or customer agrees to defend (including attorney's fees), pay on behalf of, indemnify, and hold harmless Road 2 Manhood, its elected and appointed officials, employees and volunteers and others working on behalf of R2M, against any and all claims, demands, suits or loss, including all costs connected therewith, and for any damages which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from R2M, its elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers or others working on behalf of R2M, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury or death and/or property damage, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence or natural occurrence, including loss of use thereof, which arises out of or is in any way connected or associated with contracts that my result from this specification sheet.
Board of Directors
Ultimate responsibility for the Road 2 Manhood resides with the Board of Directors, as governance of the Road 2 Manhood INC., is legally invested in the Board. This group of outstanding professionals meets formally four times each year and provides oversight to all areas of the Program and works to raise resources.
